A former Exxon executive, he co-founded and was CEO of two international chemical companies and was named Entrepreneur of the Year for Northeast Ohio in 2001 by the Kaufman Institute. He was also recognized by the Governor of Ohio and Case Western University for his entrepreneurial achievements.

Philippe Camus
Philippe Camus graduated from Ecole Normale Superieure (Paris) in Physics and Mathematics and from Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Finance . As managing partner of Lagardere and CEO of EADS , he supervised the creation and the first years of Airbus Group from 2000 to 2005. He was Alcatel-Lucent Chairman from 2008 to 2016 . He is Senior Advisor of Evercore ( New York ).In 2005 , Philippe Camus was made Officier of the French Légion d’Honneur and in May 2004, he was awarded the Cross of the German Merit Order (Verdienstkreuz – 1 Klasse).

Jean-Pierre Garnier, Ph. D.

Jean-Pierre Garnier, Ph. D.  is a Ph.D. in pharmacology, a Fulbright scholar at Stanford University, was president of SmithKline Beecham’s North American business; as CEO of GlaxoSmithKline he supervised the merger of Glaxo and SmithKline, the largest pharmaceutical merger in history. In 2009, he was made a Knight Commander of the British Empire and in 2007 was named Officier de la Legion d’Honneur of France.

Jace Kentner

Jace Kentner earned his Bachelor of Science, Public Administration, from Missouri State University. The University of Kansas School of Medicine awarded him a Master of Health Services Administration with a concentration in healthcare outcomes management and research. He also earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Drake University Law School.
Jace was admitted to the Iowa and Missouri Bars and practiced law for 20 years before selling his law practice and moving to sunny southwest Florida. He now serves as Director at the Collier County Office of Business & Economic Development.

Joe Paterno

He previously served as the Executive Director for the Southwest Florida Private Industry Council for thirteen years. In 2002 he was recognized as one of Collier County’s “Men of Distinction.”


Jennifer Pellechio, MBA

Jennifer Pellechio – Naples Accelerator Chief Operating Officer

Jennifer Pellechio is the Chief Operating Officer of the Economic Incubators, Inc. (EII), a non-profit organization including the Naples Accelerator, Woodstock’s Micro Market, and the Florida Culinary Accelerator @ Immokalee. Prior to joining the EII, Jennifer worked for the Southwest Florida Regional Planning Council for seventeen years as well as the City of Cape Coral, City Clerk’s Office for an additional six years.
